The DeSimone Building Company turned our ordinary Cape style house into a beautiful, modem and functional home. David worked very closely with us to design, build and finish a garage with bonus room above, a totally new kitchen, diningroom, new bathrooms and lots of extras including a farmer's porch and deck.
During the construction all our questions and concerns were immediately answered personally by David. The project was started when promised and completedon time.
We would not hesitate to recommend the DeSimone Building Company to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship.

To give one an idea of our opinion on how Dave DeSimone built our house on 83 Midpine Rd in Cummaquid Heigths, Cape Cod in the year 2000, we offer the following:
It could not have worked out better. Dave surpassed our expectations in every step of the way. He built a great house!
The specifics are:
Flexibiltity & Innovation: Without exception, he was flexibile when we asked for different changes. He adapted totally to our wishes. Just as important, he was very innovative when suggesting changes which were all both excellent choices and largely accepted.
Built a "Sound" house: The structure of the house was extremely "sound". Probably the best way to attest to that statement is when visitors went through our house and said "boy is this house built well; I wish our own house were built the same".
To say that we recommend having DeSimone build someone else's house is an understatement. You will be extremely pleased.
Nine years later all of the above have proven to be true.

Desimone Building Company built a custom 4-bedroom, Cape-style home for us in 1996. Many people had told us that building a house was a nightmare, but this was not the case for us at all! It was a great experience. Every time we had a concern or a question, Dave had already identified it and the solution was in motion. Dave was very accommodating with changes, easy to work with, and the entire project was completed on schedule. We were delighted with the home when it was originally built, and we feel equally satisfied 13 years later.
